The Role: Student Experience Lead

Noon Academy is seeking a Student Experience Lead to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to maintaining and continuously improving the student journey, which forms the backbone of the company's operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the design principles that guide student journeys, manage the journey map across various student segments, and translate student feedback into actionable insights. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and documentation of design principles that guide the construction of student journeys, ensuring each step is clear, motivating, and completable.
• Maintain the comprehensive end-to-end student journey map across all student segments, including grade, level, course, and track. Identify and flag areas where the journey is unclear, too fast, too slow, or lacks adequate support. Coordinate with product, learning, and school operations teams to ensure the map accurately reflects current reality.
• Support student motivation by working with the existing motivation system (rewards, coins, progression signals). Analyze its usage, effectiveness, and identify points where students disengage despite its presence. Help identify moments in the journey where motivation is low and test whether adjusting reward logic or design changes behavior.
• Synthesize student feedback (Voice of Customer) by regularly collecting and organizing data from student surveys, support inputs, school feedback, and qualitative interview notes. Tag and group feedback into consistent themes to identify root causes rather than individual complaints. Prepare clear summaries to facilitate informed decision-making on next actions.
• Support journey experiments and signature moments by coordinating pilots and tests for new journey ideas, including defining participants, design, and success metrics. Track outcomes and summarize learnings clearly for effective retention. Assist in the design of key student-facing moments such as orientations, exam result disclosures, and milestone celebrations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a role primarily focused on organizing and synthesizing information to support strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to be organized and reliable, ensuring that tracking and tasks are consistently completed.
• A curious mindset, driven to understand the underlying "why" behind behaviors rather than simply observing outcomes.
• Comfortable in a supporting role that enhances the effectiveness of team members.
