The Role of Student Journey Lead

As a Student Journey Lead, you will be instrumental in mapping and enhancing the student experience at Noon Academy. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on ensuring the student journey is accurate, principled, and continuously improving. The role involves contributing to the design principles that shape how journeys are constructed, maintaining the journey map across various student segments, and translating student feedback into actionable insights. You will also help coordinate experiments and key moments designed to enhance each step of the student's learning path.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and documentation of design principles that guide student journey development, emphasizing clarity, motivation, and completion.
• Maintain the end-to-end student journey map across different segments, including grade, level, course, and track. Identify and flag areas where the journey is unclear, too fast, too slow, or lacks support, coordinating with product, learning, and school operations teams to ensure accuracy.
• Support student motivation by working with the existing motivation system (rewards, coins, progression signals) to drive journey completion. Analyze its usage and effectiveness, identify drop-off points, and test adjustments to reward logic or design to influence behavior.
• Synthesize student feedback (Voice of Customer) by collecting and organizing survey results, support inputs, school feedback, and qualitative interview notes on a recurring basis. Group feedback into consistent themes to identify root causes and prepare clear summaries for decision-making.
• Support journey experiments and signature moments by coordinating pilots and tests for new journey ideas, including defining involvement, design, and success metrics. Track outcomes, summarize learnings, and assist in designing key student-facing moments such as orientations, exam results, and milestone celebrations.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a product role, or a role focused on organizing and synthesizing information to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability, ensuring that tracking commitments are consistently met.
• A curious mindset, seeking to understand the root causes behind behaviors rather than merely observing outcomes such as drops in completion rates.
• Ability to effectively support team members and contribute to making those around you more effective.
