About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Supervisor B, Healthcare Operations to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing healthcare operations, specifically focusing on tray line management to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure tray line start and delivery times are met consistently.
• Oversee tray line operations, ensuring compliance with established standards for quantity, quality control, taste, presentation, temperature, and delivery.
• Supervise tray line personnel and foster cooperative working relationships with team members, guests, and client personnel.
• Provide hands-on operational oversight, demonstrating competency across all areas of tray line operation.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program, and ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Ensure personal working hygiene standards meet both company and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with the direct manager to provide necessary support to the team.
• Report any equipment defects or maintenance requirements that could impact service levels.
• Attend daily meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as requested by the Manager.

Team Leadership and Development

• Guide, support, monitor, evaluate, and train staff members.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of conduct and work performance within the team.
• Assist in completing employee evaluations or appraisals as per company procedure, including the development of improvement plans.
• Manage effective training and development for all team members, identifying any skill gaps to the direct line manager.
• Take personal responsibility for addressing identified development gaps and future requirements.

Work Environment

The Supervisor will work cooperatively with team members, guests, and client personnel. A neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance is expected. The role may require willingness to work in various locations across KSA as assigned by the department manager, as duties are not limited to a specific location.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant operational or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight.
• Strong understanding of quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
