Supply Chain Management Manager

About the Role

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company, a leading organization in the construction sector, is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading end-to-end supply chain operations within the company.

Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership role focused on managing and optimizing the entire supply chain, encompassing planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, enhancing supplier performance, and driving operational efficiency across all supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Develop and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and material flow.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, supplier performance, and working capital utilization.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering collaboration across various departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to optimize inventory, improve supplier performance, and enhance operational efficiency.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage and develop supply chain teams within a dynamic construction environment.
