Sisco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within a reputed organization operating in the Manufacturing and Retail sectors. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the supply chain, from strategy development to execution. This includes overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment with company goals. The position requires a professional capable of driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service agreements.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of quality materials.
• Oversee inventory planning and optimize stock levels through effective demand forecasting techniques.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation operations to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, finance, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, quality standards, and supply chain best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in supply chain management.
• Demonstrated expertise in key areas such as logistics, procurement, inventory planning, and vendor management.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or retail environments is highly preferred.

Education Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
