About the Surveyor Role at Hykl

Hykl is seeking a highly experienced Surveyor to join our dedicated team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting comprehensive surveying and site activities across our diverse portfolio of projects. The role demands precision and a proactive approach to ensure the accuracy and successful execution of all site-related measurements.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert surveying support, ensuring that all project sites are accurately mapped and measured according to specifications. The Surveyor will be responsible for the integrity of spatial data, which is fundamental to the planning, design, and construction phases of Hykl's initiatives. This position requires a professional who can operate independently while also collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate comprehensive land and site surveys across various project locations.
• Prepare, process, and verify survey data, generating accurate reports and documentation.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy for all measurements, coordinates, and levels established on site.
• Coordinate all surveying activities seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and other relevant teams.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a closely related engineering or technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in land or site surveying.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of various surveying techniques, methodologies, and modern surveying equipment.
• Proficiency in using relevant surveying software and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for data processing and analysis.
