About the Role

SAT Microsystems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, specializing in L2/L3 infrastructure support, Microsoft 365, infrastructure security, VMware, backup & disaster recovery, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Responsibilities

Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Hybrid environments.
Manage identity and endpoint solutions such as Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, device compliance, and patch management.
Implement and maintain security measures including Microsoft Defender, EDR, endpoint security, vulnerability management, DLP, and security incident resolution.
Support Windows Infrastructure, covering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Administer VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VM provisioning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Manage backup and disaster recovery operations, including Veeam administration, DR drills, failover/failback procedures, RPO, and RTO.
Configure and monitor Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components such as Compute, Storage, VCN, Subnets, NSGs, IAM, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Develop and utilize PowerShell scripting for Windows and M365 administration tasks.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated strong hands-on L2/L3 infrastructure support experience.
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations effectively.
Proven experience in incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and enterprise infrastructure operations.
Mandatory and strong priority for candidates with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.

This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time role within the SAT Microsystems team.
