About the Internship

Lendo is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join its Human Capital team in Riyadh. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition. The role also provides exposure to wider Human Capital initiatives, including Learning & Development and employee engagement projects, as Lendo continues to scale its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates using professional platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Support talent mapping efforts and build candidate longlists for various open positions.
• Conduct candidate screening calls to assess suitability against defined role requirements.
• Prepare clear and professional candidate presentations for review by hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure candidate information and recruitment pipelines are accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with recruitment reporting, market research, and other Talent Acquisition projects.
• Support broader Human Capital initiatives, including Learning & Development and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications and Educational Background

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience is not required for this internship.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new processes and systems.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to summarise information clearly and concisely.
