AtkinsRéalis is seeking a TCC Liaison Officer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is integral to ensuring effective coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams during the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase of a metro system.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The TCC Liaison Officer supports smooth traffic management, efficient incident handling, and seamless communication across all stakeholders. This position contributes to real-time operational decision-making, ensures timely information flow, and helps maintain service reliability and safety standards within the metro network. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams.
• Ensure efficient traffic management and operational continuity across the metro network.
• Act as the primary liaison during incident response and service disruptions.
• Ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution of operational issues.
• Support TCC in real-time monitoring and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure alignment with field teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely information flow between TCC and on-ground personnel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of incident management protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with O&M Contractors, technical teams, and Employer representatives.
• Support operational reviews, reporting, and performance assessments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation or metro/rail operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems and control room operations.
• Experience in incident management and operational coordination.
