About the Role

The Technical Accountant Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and reconciling technical accounting records, including premiums, claims, commissions, and reinsurance settlements. The executive will be responsible for producing accurate financial statements and technical reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, with 0-1 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and client accounts.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
• Conduct follow-ups with external parties for premium collection.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Provide clients with regular updates regarding their requests.
• Consistently monitor claim settlement progress.
• Promote professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of VAT transactions for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• For Saudi Nationals Only.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• 1+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring the Technical Accountant Executive to work within the company's office environment. The role involves daily tasks that support month-end and year-end closing activities and require collaboration to resolve accounting discrepancies.
