Technical Proposal Designer / Proposal Specialist

About the Role

La Gloire is seeking a Technical Proposal Designer / Proposal Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing professional technical proposals for various projects, tenders, and RFP submissions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong design background with a clear understanding of technical requirements to produce compelling and well-structured proposals.

Role Overview

This position requires more than just presentation design; it involves a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and tender documents. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing RFPs, identifying key deliverables, and transforming complex information into complete, visually strong, and professionally structured technical proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design professional technical proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Review and analyze RFPs, tender documents, scopes of work, and technical requirements.
• Identify and extract key requirements, deliverables, and submission criteria from tender documents.
• Structure and organize proposal content in a clear, logical, and professional manner.
• Translate complex information and project requirements into clear and visually engaging presentation content.
• Design presentation layouts, infographics, diagrams, icons, timelines, process flows, and supporting visual elements.
• Ensure proposals align with the client’s brand identity, project requirements, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with project, design, content, and business development teams to gather and organize required information.
• Review final proposals to ensure all RFP requirements and deliverables are properly addressed.
• Manage multiple proposals and submissions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in developing and designing technical proposals.
• Strong design background and excellent visual sense.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing RFPs, scopes of work, and tender requirements.
