Technical / Software Project Manager

About the Role

Elite Veterinary Group is seeking a Technical / Software Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and coordinating the development of the company's digital systems, websites, and mobile applications. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Technical / Software Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing software projects from initial requirements gathering through to launch. This includes translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring that delivered systems meet both business and operational requirements. The role demands a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and effective coordination with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software projects from the requirements definition phase through to successful launch.
• Coordinate effectively with developers, designers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Translate business needs and objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
• Review development progress regularly and proactively identify potential technical risks.
• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), bug fixing, and system deployment processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure that all delivered systems comply with established business and operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or digital project management.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with developers and technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
