About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality IT support to end-users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills, with 2-5 years of experience in a help desk or similar IT support capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
• Respond to support requests received via ticketing systems, phone, or email.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Support remote users effectively using remote access tools.
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or a similar technical support role.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
