Introduction to the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking a Techno Functional Fusion Kondor BO (K+TP) Treasury Support Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on comprehensive software lifecycle management within treasury and banking systems.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the full software lifecycle, from design to implementation, for critical treasury and banking systems. The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fusion Kondor BO (K+TP), applying deep product knowledge and supporting its integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, roll out, and implement software solutions.
• Conduct analysis, design, and development activities for software solutions.
• Participate in the development of technical specifications.
• Apply product knowledge across various treasury products, including FX, Money Markets, Capital Markets, and Derivatives (FX, IR, Equity & Commodity).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fusion Kondor BO (K+TP) and its integration capabilities.
• Utilize experience in implementing full-fledged Accounting products within K+TP/Kondor.
• Serve as an SME in Accounting configuration.
• Demonstrate expertise in Treasury Products business processes.
• Provide hands-on development and support for the Fusion Kondor suite (Front to Back).
• Perform custom development, including evaluating additional requirements for screen layouts and data captures through "Kustom" windows and procedures.
• Develop, enhance, and support various other mission-critical banking systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a techno-functional development or support role.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Linux, Sybase ASE, and XML.
• Understanding of standard SDLC processes.
• Good knowledge of payment messages SWIFT standards (ISO 20022) and payment validation workflow configuration.
• Knowledge of implementing IAS 39 & IFRS 9 on Kondor Trade Processing (KTP) is preferable.

Advantageous Skills

• Fair knowledge in Java programming.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Experience in Murex.
