About the Territory Manager Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager, Orthopaedics to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the company's mission of advancing healthcare innovation. The role focuses on delivering solutions within the Orthopaedics sector, which is currently part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech but is anticipated to transition to DePuy Synthes following a planned business separation.

The Orthopaedics teams at Johnson & Johnson MedTech are dedicated to developing advanced, less invasive, and personalized treatments, driven by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology. This business supports over 6 million people annually, providing clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems. Solutions are developed across various areas including joint reconstruction; trauma and craniomaxillofacial; sports, extremities, and elective foot and ankle; spine; and robotics and digital surgery.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets.
• Spend 75% of working time on field activities.
• Maintain collaboration with company team members to ensure effective field operations for customer benefit.
• Organize professional meetings with targeted customers.
• Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell product ranges to potential corporate clients.
• Generate leads and manage all customer queries, including providing quotations and sales follow-up to achieve business plans.
• Maintain strong customer relations and coordination.
• Provide accurate product information, ensure stock availability, and optimize product consumption.
• Offer relevant product information to customers, including in-service support, case support, and negotiating patient cases with doctors.
• Service and maintain an existing customer base by delivering prompt, courteous, and reliable service, while also developing new customer bases and business avenues.
• Organize all documentation to fulfill client demands.

Qualifications and Experience

• University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Scientific or Medical background is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience exclusively in joint Arthroplasty (joint reconstruction).
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.

Work Type and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Compensation for this role is commission-based.

Notice of Business Separation

Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, DePuy Synthes. This separation process is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions. Should you accept this position, it is expected that, upon conclusion of the transaction, you would become an employee of DePuy Synthes. Your employment would then be governed by DePuy Synthes' employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Details of any planned changes will be provided by DePuy Synthes at the appropriate time, subject to necessary consultation processes.
