About Tasil and the Role

Tasil is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales growth and client development across assigned regions within Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on expanding our presence in the warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics market. The role offers a competitive salary along with commission.

Role Purpose

The Territory Manager will oversee all sales activities within their designated area, driving revenue growth and representing Tasil's warehousing and logistics solutions to both new and existing clients. This position serves as a key link between customers and operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a defined sales territory within Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients.
• Promote warehousing, storage, fulfillment, and value-added logistics services.
• Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and perform solution assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
• Collaborate effectively with operations teams to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial targets.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, territory management, or business development.
• Demonstrated understanding of warehousing, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain solutions.
• Experience working within a logistics company.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and drive results.
• Valid residency in Saudi Arabia (for non-Saudi applicants).

• Confident, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in sales or territory management within the logistics or supply chain sector.
