About the Role

Career Maker Bahrain is seeking a Professional (PRO) / General Relations Officer (GRO) to join a leading real-estate development organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves supporting critical operations by acting as a central liaison for various stakeholders.

Its international division delivers luxury real-estate opportunities across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Position Summary

The Professional (PRO) / General Relations Officer will be instrumental in supporting operations within Riyadh. This role requires the individual to serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and government entities. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth execution of real-estate initiatives and maintain compliance with local regulations through effective communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and other public authorities in Riyadh.
  • Coordinate the submission, tracking, and follow-up of permits, approvals, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the project management team by preparing progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and consultants, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate internal communication across departments, including sales, finance, legal, and construction, to align project deliverables.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities that could impact project timelines or strategy.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering presentations, workshops, and community outreach events.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and correspondence within the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and review documentation for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability in project coordination and management.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building.
