Position Summary

Jari Solutions is seeking a Ticketing Agent for a full-time position with our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires 5-10 years of experience and is responsible for managing all aspects of airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and related travel services. The successful candidate will utilize the Amadeus GDS system to deliver accurate travel solutions while ensuring compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and travel requests, providing suitable flight options based on travel needs.
• Create, modify, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) using the Amadeus GDS system.
• Issue, reissue, void, and refund airline tickets in accordance with airline fare rules and policies.
• Accurately calculate airfare, taxes, surcharges, and service fees.
• Review and explain fare rules and ticket conditions to customers before confirming reservations.
• Monitor flight schedule changes, cancellations, and operational updates, coordinating alternative travel arrangements.
• Process ancillary services, including seat selection, extra baggage, meal requests, and Special Service Requests (SSRs).
• Verify passenger information, travel documents, and booking details prior to ticket issuance.
• Handle itinerary changes, date modifications, route changes, and travel class upgrades according to airline policies.
• Coordinate directly with airlines and travel suppliers to resolve reservation and ticketing issues.
• Prepare daily reports covering reservations, ticket issuances, cancellations, and refunds.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and comply with company data security policies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using the Amadeus GDS system for reservations and ticketing.
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules, policies, and IATA regulations.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Ability to ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations and internal company policies.

Performance Standards

The Ticketing Agent will be evaluated against the following key performance indicators:

• Achieve a minimum 99% ticket issuance accuracy rate.
• Complete reservations within established company service standards.
• Minimize ticketing errors and rework.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, airline procedures, and operational standards.
