About the Role

Fursan Travel is seeking a Ticketing & Travel Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage comprehensive travel arrangements for clients. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences through accurate booking and dedicated client support.

Air Ticketing and Itinerary Fulfillment

• Book, issue, reissue, and process refunds for air tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Amadeus.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in fare calculations, route planning, and adherence to corporate travel policies.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent last-minute bookings efficiently.
• Apply strategies to identify the lowest available fares while balancing client preferences.

Hotel and Non-Air Services Booking

• Reserve hotel accommodations through B2B platforms, direct contracts, or Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
• Coordinate various non-air services, including car rentals, airport transfers, meet & assist services, rail, and ferry bookings.
• Support clients with group and individual visa arrangements and travel insurance where applicable.
• Confirm booking accuracy and coordinate effectively with suppliers.

Client Communication and Request Handling

• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests via email or phone.
• Clarify travel needs, obtain necessary approvals, and manage budget limitations.
• Ensure clear and detailed communication of itinerary and confirmations to clients.
• Provide alternate travel options if preferred choices are unavailable.

Support and Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate with other internal teams, including Finance, Product, Visa, and MICE, as required.
• Assist colleagues during peak hours or in urgent cases to maintain service levels.
• Share feedback on system or supplier issues to contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications and Work Environment

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related travel or ticketing function. The position requires proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Amadeus, and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality travel services.
