About the Role

Everhires is seeking a Training and Development Manager (F&B) to join a group of restaurants in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing and implementing training programs to ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across all locations.

It specializes in developing and operating F&B concepts, managing international franchises, and delivering high-quality dining and customer experiences. The company also focuses on events, celebrations, and catering services, prioritizing customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals for brand standards.
• Roll out training for new menu items and service standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments across various branches.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance against established brand standards.
• Track training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including completion rates, performance improvements, and retention impact.
• Manage food safety and HACCP certification tracking for all staff.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all restaurant locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage training and development.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in building SOPs and training materials from inception.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, covering both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
• Food safety or HACCP certification is considered a plus.
