About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Training Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on coordinating and delivering training programs that align with hotel priorities and support employee development. The Training Executive will contribute to fostering a positive and productive training environment within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the in-house training plan by coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs that align with hotel priorities.
Identify and support training needs in partnership with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager. This includes assessing development needs, implementing learning initiatives, and reviewing progress monthly.
Administer required training courses, coordinating legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programs to ensure employees meet standards and progress professionally.
Engage and connect trainers across the hotel by leading monthly meetings to share progress, review needs, and ensure consistent training delivery.
Inspire and develop the team by supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive training environment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, acting with integrity, and inspiring others through leadership. A belief in teamwork, a sense of ownership, and a focus on bringing urgency and discipline to daily tasks are essential qualities for success in this role.
