Emdad United Transportation is seeking a Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the efficient management of our daily transportation services, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Transport Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and directing daily trucking operations. This involves effectively converting client requests into successful operational processes, maximizing fleet capacity utilization through strategic headhaul and backhaul management, and ensuring meticulous maintenance of all trip documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive client orders and accurately document shipment data, including type, weight, destination, and schedule.
• Assign tasks to drivers and provide clear directions to designated loading and unloading sites.
• Proactively search for backhaul loads to ensure trucks do not run empty, optimizing fleet efficiency.
• Monitor truck movements in real-time via GPS to ensure compliance with planned routes.
• Provide immediate support and coordination for drivers during breakdowns or accidents.
• Issue necessary transport documents, such as Bayan/Naql, and review fuel invoices and Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
• Accurately enter trip details, including distance, fuel consumption, and revenue, into the operational system.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• 2-5 years of experience in transport operations or a directly related field.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to manage daily operations effectively.
