About the Role

TawanTech is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 4-5 years of experience in designing user-centric digital products, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the banking or financial services sector. The position emphasizes a balance between user experience, visual design, and business requirements.

Role Purpose

As a UI/UX Designer, you will contribute to shaping digital experiences for financial products. This role involves balancing user needs, business objectives, and product quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful and polished user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Improve user journeys with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Design banking and financial products while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Experience designing banking or fintech products.
• Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Degree in UI/UX, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency with core UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, FigJam, or InVision.
• Experience collaborating effectively with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience presenting design decisions to leadership.
• Fluent in Arabic.
