Unified Communication Senior Technical Support Engineer

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Unified Communication (UC) Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position, supporting our esteemed client HAWSABAH.

Role Overview

This role involves providing senior-level technical support and implementation services for unified communication systems. The successful candidate will apply proven experience in AVAYA Aura solutions, Cisco unified communications, and Session Border Controllers. A strong background in telecommunications and related technologies is essential, with experience in contact centers being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients to resolve complex technical issues.
• Applying change requests within UC environments.
• Participating in both the implementation and support phases of projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with unified communication and call center systems.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP, **, DHCP, DNS, and proficiency in LAN and WAN technologies.
• Possession of technical certifications from vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
