The Luxury Collection is seeking a Valet Attendant to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing initial guest assistance upon arrival, including greeting guests and safely unloading their belongings. The role involves various guest service tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the safe unloading of their items.
• Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning items.
• Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange for pick-up and delivery upon completion.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Protect company assets.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Support the team in achieving common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects.
• Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
