About the Role: Waiter/Waitress

Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking dedicated Waiters and Waitresses to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented environment. The position focuses on delivering professional and attentive service to guests.

Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding dining experience for guests. This involves providing professional, friendly, and attentive service within a fast-paced hospitality environment, upholding Hyatt's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables when required.
  • Presenting menus and providing detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Accurately taking guest orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining Hyatt service standards.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Assisting with table setup and preparation before, during, and after service periods.
  • Processing guest bills accurately and handling payments in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Working closely with colleagues and other departments to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position is exclusively for Saudi nationals.
