About the Waiter / Waitress Saudi Talent Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a dedicated Waiter / Waitress Saudi Talent to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals. The primary objective of this role is to deliver professional service to our guests, ensuring each restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play a direct role in enhancing guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service. This position is central to upholding the high standards of hospitality and dining experience that Rotana Hotels is known for. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere and efficient service delivery within the Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage in accordance with the hotel's standard performance manual.
• Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu for the assigned outlet to effectively assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverage being served to guests.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints or queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet and ensure the upkeep of all service equipment.
• Be responsible for all service preparations, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene, before, during, and after service.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of products and equipment.
• Actively utilize up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and contribute to revenue growth.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are looking for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in a related Food & Beverage role. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a dynamic approach to service and a self-motivated work ethic. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn and apply hotel standards are essential for this position.
