The Role: Waiter / Waitress

Plaza Premium Group is seeking Waiters / Waitresses to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing food and beverage services to guests within the company's airport lounges, ensuring high standards of quality and guest experience. The position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage services to guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure high quality, presentation, and safety of food and beverage items at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared working environment to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests.
• Serve food and beverage items according to established service standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage service areas.
• Refill hot and cold food items on buffet counters as required.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation consistently.
• Ensure hot and cold food lines are clean and properly stocked with appropriate serving utensils.
• Comply with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Support the service team during peak operational periods as required.

Candidate Requirements

• A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel, catering, or food & beverage service is considered an advantage.
• Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift duties as required.
