Role Purpose and Guest Experience

The primary purpose of this role is to provide outstanding food and beverage service that enhances the guest experience. As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress, you will be instrumental in fostering an atmosphere of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. This involves proactive engagement and a commitment to service excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, actively seeking opportunities to personalize and enhance their dining experience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, current promotions, and daily specials to confidently assist guests and address their inquiries.
• Process food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery of completed orders, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Maintain the food service station by ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and well-organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold the highest standards for guest and team member well-being.
