About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Waitress to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is essential for ensuring a smooth dining experience for clients, focusing on preparing the dining hall and providing attentive service. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Position Objective

The primary objective of this role is to prepare the dining hall before service, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and fresh. Additionally, the Waitress is responsible for serving clients efficiently and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with restaurant cleaning tasks in the morning.
Clean all service utensils thoroughly before each service period.
Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant.
Maintain a clean personal appearance and uphold a high level of hygiene.
Aid the captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
Transport food items from the kitchen to the dining hall.
Assist the captain waiter in placing food plates on clients' tables.
Change ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
Clear and clean tables promptly after meals are completed.
Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Work under the direct guidance of the captain waiter and follow all instructions.
