About the Role

Edge Al Rabie - Riyadh is seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for dynamic and self-motivated food and beverage professionals looking to advance their careers. The primary responsibility is to deliver professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all necessary tasks for food and beverage service in accordance with hotel performance standards.
Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu for the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests effectively.
Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages being served.
Practice good customer relations and address customer complaints or queries satisfactorily.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet and ensure the upkeep of all service equipment.
Manage all service preparations before, during, and after service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene.
Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of products and equipment.
Actively utilize up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant food and beverage role.
Demonstrated ability to provide professional service.
Self-motivated and dynamic approach to work.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Edge Al Rabie establishment. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality dining experiences.
