About the Role

Aluminum International Co. (ALINCO) is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations extending to Al-Kharj. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on meticulous management of warehouse operations and inventory data.

Role Summary

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse records, inventory data, and the processes of material receiving and issuing. This role ensures accurate documentation and maintains optimal stock levels to support company operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the receipt of raw materials, spare parts, and factory supplies, ensuring they align with purchase orders and approved documentation.
Enter and update inventory data accurately within the company's system.
Prepare and process material issue requests for production, and follow up on their timely completion.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and supporting materials, reporting any shortages to management.
Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
Maintain precise warehouse records and documentation.
Organize and arrange materials within the warehouse in accordance with approved storage procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse administration or inventory management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities that may involve coordination with operations in Al-Kharj. The role operates within a structured warehouse environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
