The Role of Warehouse Officer

SOUDAL (KSA) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves managing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in stock handling and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) / FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles and monitor product expiry dates.
• Record all stock movements accurately using Tally (TallyPrime) software.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes, and investigate any variances.
• Ensure the safe storage of chemical and flammable products in compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise warehouse workers and prepare comprehensive inventory reports.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
