The Role of Warehouse Supervisor

Noon is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and adherence to company objectives. The supervisor will be responsible for managing daily shifts, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines and within established turnaround times (TAT).
• Identify, track, and drive key warehouse KPIs to meet company performance and cost objectives.
• Manage shifts and report KPIs to senior management.
• Understand and utilize ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Train, guide, and evaluate new and existing warehouse workers on ERP systems and best practices.
• Plan and assign daily work tasks.
• Address performance issues and work to improve productivity on the warehouse floor.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
