About the Role

Jumpino is seeking Food & Beverage Team Members to support its café and dining areas in Makkah, specifically in the cities of Taif and Makkah. This full-time role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring a smooth service experience for guests, particularly during busy periods.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining efficient food and beverage operations. Team members will be responsible for various tasks, from preparing drinks to processing orders, all while upholding hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests.
Make barista-style coffee and specialty drinks; training will be provided if necessary.
Take customer orders, process payments, and operate POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas.
Restock supplies and assist with basic food preparation tasks.
Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, especially during peak hours.
Adhere to all food safety, allergen, health, and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in food & beverage, café, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Food safety certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.
