About Jumpino

Jumpino is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations at its facility in Taif, Makkah. This is a full-time position for an experienced culinary professional.

Role Overview

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations within a fast-paced trampoline park environment. This role requires a blend of culinary leadership and operational management to deliver high-quality food across a multi-cuisine menu, while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to strict food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all kitchen operations and food preparation processes.
Design, develop, and execute a diverse multi-cuisine menu, including pasta, pizza, burgers, and Arabic dishes.
Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and taste across all menu items.
Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
Manage stock control, ordering, food costing, and waste reduction initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Collaborate with management to support events, parties, and high-volume service periods effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience of 10+ years as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
Demonstrated experience working with multi-cuisine menus, with a preference for Western and Arabic cuisines.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance standards.
Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak service times.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
