QHSSE Manager

About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking a QHSSE Manager to oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security aspects within its complex/attractions in Taif, Makkah Province. This full-time role involves ensuring adherence to QHSSE protocols, managing potential threats, and maintaining a secure and compliant environment for employees, guests, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex/attraction, aligning with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate security resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing for operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for QHSSE matters with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures, conducting audits and assessments.
• Oversee the budgeting process for QHSSE operations, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring training and effective duty performance.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify QHSSE threats and areas for improvement.
• Manage incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, QHSSE standards, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees on QHSSE protocols and emergency response.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Set performance goals for the QHSSE team and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and industry partners.
• Lead employee performance management processes within the QHSSE department.
• Direct performance evaluation processes for security personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, deliver training, and manage incidents.
• Experience in managing security personnel and access controls.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and coordinating with local authorities.
• Strong understanding of QHSSE protocols and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Taif, Makkah Province, where the QHSSE Manager will be responsible for the complex/attractions operated by SEVEN.
