Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Taif, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales operations within the showroom environment.

The Role of Showroom Sales Representative

The primary objective of this role is to provide outstanding customer service, effectively meet customer needs, and ensure a high level of service quality throughout the entire sales process, both before and after a purchase. The representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, guiding them through product selection and purchase.

Customer Engagement and Service

• Provide a welcoming reception to customers within the showroom and maintain a high standard of service.
• Understand and address customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers from their initial showroom entry, introducing them to company products, through to securing their orders.
• Assist customers with quantity calculations, color coordination, and product selection, leading to invoicing and proper goods delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with all showroom personnel, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Professionally handle all customer complaints and report them to the direct manager.

Sales and Inventory Management

• Achieve established sales targets as per the sales plan and commit to management goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving products, by placing orders from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Operational and Reporting Duties

• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness, ensuring marketing tools like brochures and catalogues are readily available.
• Ensure goods in warehouses are arranged according to policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required and deposit daily sales cash amounts into the company's account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

This is a full-time position based in Taif, Saudi Arabia, requiring a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within the showroom setting.
