About the Program Manager Role

Autobia is currently launching new projects and initiatives that are in their early stages, each aiming to open a new market segment. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead these initiatives from conception to execution. This full-time role is based in Dhahran, Eastern region, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The Program Manager will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to structure early-stage programs, validate market opportunities, and transform incomplete ideas into actionable plans. This position demands strong discipline in program management and delivery, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to create clarity in an evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
Structure new initiatives and projects in their early stages, defining scope, success metrics, timelines, and inter-track dependencies, starting from a blank slate.
Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, and milestones.
Study market segments and customer needs to determine the focus and prioritize the execution of each initiative.
Monitor risks early, resolve conflicts, and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery.
Communicate progress, priorities, and blockers clearly to executive management and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives.
Enhance coordination among distributed teams and ensure operational consistency.
Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and governance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Two or more years of experience in program or project management within a technology or fast-growing startup environment.
Proven experience managing large or cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills for meetings and workshops.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data analysis for decision-making, reporting, and tracking program performance.
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience launching new products, projects, or business lines from scratch is a plus.
