The Faculty Role in Integrated Design

The Department of Integrated Design is seeking to fill several full-time faculty positions at all professorial ranks, including Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor. Candidates for these roles are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in both teaching and research, contributing significantly to the department's academic and scholarly profile.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction for courses relevant to the program's current and future academic plans.
• Conduct high-quality research in design and design studies to enhance the department's and faculty's reputation.
• Actively participate in various department committees, contributing to successful task completion.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the department's academic programs, courses, and future plans.
• Prepare and develop documentation required for accreditation and other official submissions.

Candidate Qualifications

• An earned ** Degree from a reputable institution is mandatory.
• A strong record of published research is required.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising the research of graduate students.
• Relevant teaching experience at the university level.
• Teaching and/or industrial experience in the respective areas of design.
• Candidates with established research and teaching credentials in Design-related or Design Science related fields are encouraged to apply and may be considered for senior faculty or chair professor positions.
