Arabian Drilling Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Crane Operator to join its team in Dhahran. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of equipment and materials across operations.

Role Purpose

The Crane Operator is responsible for the precise operation and meticulous maintenance of cranes. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and proficiency in handling large machinery to facilitate the lifting, transporting, and placement of critical equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes with precision for the lifting, transporting, and accurate placement of equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular function checks and servicing of crane machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and adhere strictly to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to crane operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Participate in required training programs to enhance operational skills and safety awareness.
• Execute emergency duties as required and apply additional relevant skills to support operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Crane Operator.
• Demonstrated ability to operate large machinery safely and effectively.
• Proven track record as a strong team player, capable of working collaboratively and following instructions precisely.
• Thorough understanding and adherence to strict safety protocols and industry best practices.

Operational Standards

The successful candidate will be expected to consistently adhere to all applicable company policies, processes, procedures, instructions, and controls. This commitment ensures that all work is carried out in a consistent, best-in-class, safe, secure, and sustainable manner.
