About the Role: Day Pusher

Arabian Drilling Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced Day Pusher for a full-time position in Dhahran. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of drilling rigs during daytime shifts. The Day Pusher leads and supervises the drilling crew, overseeing all drilling activities, equipment maintenance, and strict adherence to Arabian Drilling's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Operations policies and procedures. This position acts as a key liaison between the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and the drilling crew, facilitating clear communication and effective problem-solving to achieve daily drilling objectives in line with the well program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of drilling operations during daytime shifts, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of drilling equipment.
• Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with company standards and procedures.
• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the drilling personnel, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused team culture.
• Facilitate effective communication between the OIM and the drilling crew to ensure operational alignment and objective achievement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore Drilling Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Day Pusher.
• High School Technical Degree in Drilling Technology.
• Valid IWCF or IADC well control certificate – Supervisor Level.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily drilling targets while consistently prioritizing safety.
