Project Manager

About the Role

Emerson is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and project closeout, from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Support the proposal team during the quotation phase by validating project assumptions, execution strategies, resource requirements, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Execute and coordinate project activities such as contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, shipments, subcontracting, installation, and site services.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure resource alignment.
• Act as the primary customer interface, coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Manage project financial performance through budget control, cost monitoring, revenue forecasting, cash flow management, invoicing support, and profitability improvement.
• Monitor project progress and compliance against schedules, KPIs, contractual requirements, and company procedures, including oversight of subcontractor performance and site activities.
• Evaluate and manage project risks, opportunities, and scope changes by implementing mitigation plans and administering variation orders and change requests.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to conduct accurate situational analyses by asking insightful questions. This role requires effective mobilization and allocation of resources, including personnel, funding, materials, and support, to ensure successful project execution. Candidates should be skilled in cultivating broad-based relationships through formal and informal channels to garner necessary support. A deep understanding of individual motivators and the ability to strategically align tasks to optimize team performance and engagement are also essential.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget.
• Adept at applying industry standards and best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes while mitigating risks and optimizing resources.
