ABIS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is dedicated to supporting the Saudi Aramco SMP project, where the successful candidate will apply their expertise in human resources to contribute to our operational excellence. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources to ensure effective HR management within our dynamic environment.

Role Purpose and Collaboration

The HR Specialist will be a key contributor, supporting and managing essential human resources functions. This role requires close collaboration with various cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and align with broader organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a productive work environment and supporting the workforce needs of the Saudi Aramco SMP project.

• Managing and supporting recruitment processes
• Overseeing HR operations

Required Qualifications and Experience
