About the Role

Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited is seeking an Electrical Modification Mechanic to join the F-15SA Modifications team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position involves executing electrical and avionics modification tasks for F-15SA aircraft at King Abdulaziz Air Base. The role requires applying technical competence to ensure safe, compliant, and timely modification outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform modification tasks on F-15SA electrical systems according to technical orders, engineering instructions, blueprints, and authorized publications.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical and avionics systems, wiring harnesses, circuit protection, sensors, and interfaces.
• Utilize appropriate test equipment and procedures to validate work and system functionality.
• Interpret technical documentation to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex system faults.
• Coordinate with maintenance controllers, coordinators, and management to sequence and prioritize work, ensuring availability of tooling, materials, and test equipment.
• Conduct operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections to verify airworthiness and conformity to modification and safety standards.
• Adhere to Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, QA, and Safety Management System (SMS) processes.
• Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, test reports, and discrepancy documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support training programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of aircraft modification or maintenance experience with demonstrated competence in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience reading and interpreting technical orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance publications.
• Hands-on experience using aircraft test equipment and standard aircraft tooling.

Work Environment

This position is based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the Operations Manager – F-15SA Modifications. Flexibility in start date and working hours, including overtime, may be required to meet operational demands and program timelines.
