Port Engineer Role Overview

Front End Limited Company is seeking a Port Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Dhahran. This role involves overseeing vessel operations, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of marine assets. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day vessel management activities.
• Conducting thorough inspections of marine assets.
• Managing compliance with all applicable safety and maritime regulations.
• Collaborating with various internal teams and third-party service providers to optimize performance and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of experience as a Chief Engineer on non-DP vessels, specifically Crew Boats or Offshore Security Patrolling Boats.
• The ability to temporarily assume the role of Chief Engineer on assigned vessels, requiring successful evaluation by Saudi Aramco as a Chief Engineer for the specified vessel types.
• Prior experience in a similar Port Engineer or related role within the marine sector is preferred.
