About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Religious & Arab Affairs Instructor to join its team in Dhahran. This full-time position involves providing expert guidance and support to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) in developing and delivering formal training programs focused on Arabic religious and cultural affairs. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the RSAF's capabilities in understanding and navigating Arabic religious and cultural contexts through structured educational initiatives. The instructor will play a crucial part in ensuring that training materials are current, relevant, and effectively delivered to RSAF personnel, contributing to their comprehensive cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and assist the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) in the development, updating, and execution of formal training programs for RSAF personnel on Arabic Religious and Cultural affairs.
• Participate actively in preaching and guidance activities for various units, mosques, and other relevant entities as required.
• Perform specific duties as outlined by the Directorate of Religious Affairs and approved by His Excellency the Commander of the RSAF.
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities within the scope of competence, as directed by the Director of Religious Affairs.
• Utilize the Instructional System Development (ISD) process to prepare comprehensive courses and conduct effective training in Religious and Cultural studies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Islamic Religious and Cultural Studies is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to develop and update study materials effectively.
• Possession of broad and in-depth knowledge of Arab Religious and cultural matters.
