Religious & Arab Affairs Instructor

About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Religious & Arab Affairs Instructor to join their team in Dhahran. This full-time position is responsible for developing, updating, and delivering formal training in Religious Studies and cultural affairs to Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Cadets. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver formal training in Religious Studies and cultural affairs to RSAF Cadets.
• Make decisions regarding cadet behavior within the classroom environment.
• Determine the pacing for the effective delivery of training materials.
• Manage the timing and ensure effective delivery of the established curricula.
• Ensure that lessons are properly planned and organized to facilitate effective training material delivery.
• Maintain constant communication and contact with the Senior Religious Studies Instructor.
• Accurately record cadet attendance for each class in the Daily Class Register.
• Complete a Weekly Report detailing the performance of cadets.
• Write an End of Book/Phase report for each cadet in the class.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Islamic Religious and Cultural Studies.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and update study materials.
• Broad knowledge of Arab Religious and cultural matters.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dhahran and operates on a full-time basis, contributing to the training and development of RSAF Cadets within a structured educational setting.
