About the Account Manager Role in Al Ula

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services for a key account in Al Ula. This full-time position requires a professional dedicated to ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to contractual obligations.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Account Manager will serve as the primary operational liaison with the client, fostering strong working relationships. The role's core objective is to ensure the consistent achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through effective coordination and monitoring of daily FM service delivery. This includes supporting the implementation of account strategies and operational plans to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational point of contact for the client, cultivating strong relationships.
• Coordinate and monitor daily Facilities Management service delivery to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Assist in the execution of account strategies and operational plans aligned with client needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on service performance using dashboards and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for efficient service execution.
• Monitor costs and support budget control and financial performance management.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and relevant standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or account coordination roles, with a demonstrated history of client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience with large-scale or complex projects/clients is preferred.
• IFMA certifications (FMP/CFM) and/or PMP, or equivalent professional certifications, are advantageous.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external subcontractors to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
