Field Service Representative

About the Role

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Representative for its Energy Services group. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and Al Qassim, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Field Service Representative will be primarily responsible for providing contractual services and offering problem-solving support to customers regarding their products, applications, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
• Lead in maintaining and distributing troubleshooting guides and bulletins to relevant departments.
• Prepare reports detailing problems and solutions to initiate corrective product modifications or recommend process changes.
• Conduct site surveys and product/application audits.
• Manage inventory of chemical delivery systems.
• Collect samples for chemical program monitoring.
• Deliver chemicals to customers as needed.
• Conduct field evaluations of new products and lead pre-trial surveys for site visits.
• Interact with internal and external customers and resources.
• Maintain accurate records based on information gathered during trials and surveys.
• Create troubleshooting service guides and bulletins for existing products.
• Coordinate and manage sampling and inventory schedules.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions with customers.
• Assist sales in preparing business proposals.
• Participate in design reviews, new application evaluations, and start-ups.
• Assist in critiquing product serviceability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide expert technical service to customers across major applications.
• Mentor other Service Representatives.
• Support and commit to the team's Quality Improvement Process.
• Promptly report all incidents, accidents, injuries, or applicable near misses to management.
• Provide on-site field service, both remotely and in person.
